There are regular Slimmer Fitter Workshops and Relaxation Workshops running at weekends.

The Slimmer Fitter Workshops

All day workshop designed to help you deal with the problems that are preventing you from achieving your goals. They are run by Anna Walker along with Qualified Pilates and Fitness Instructors. Groups are kept to a maximum of 6 people to ensure you receive the utmost attention.

Relaxation Workshops

Half Day workshops focussing on Relaxation and Time For You. These combine an eclectic fusion of Meditation, Guided Visualisation, Yoga, Breathing Exercises and Hypnotherapy. Perfect for those people looking for an island of calm in their otherwise hectic lives.

So if you’d like to change your life around a bit – maybe to lose weight or get fitter, improve your relationships and career prospects – or simply to boost your self-esteem and confidence, come along it  could be a life-changing experience!
